Staffing Key Challenges Usability for a varied target audience coupled with a complex multi level marketing concept Overview StaffingForce is a recognized leader in the US staffing industry, serving a base of clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups. As a premier recruiting and staffing service, StaffingForce offers the best professionals, job opportunities and professional growth resources to the most talented individuals at every career stage. StaffingForce approached C3IT in late 2005 with the need to develop a full fledged staffing portal that would host a proprietary database of jobs and professionals and match the two to help Employers target the best candidates and open up millions of job opportunities for professionals. The portal went live in early October 2007 and is being enhanced now based on feedback from end-users. How C3IT's Process Maturity helped
