Engagement Overview

Product development for a Seattle based Security Product Company. The Customer is in the domain of physical security and uses advanced technology to solve security challenges in a fundamentally different way. The end Customer achieved a greatly reduced product life cycle time through an Onsite - Offshore development model.

A team of 32 with 12 offshore and 20 onsite gave a 16 man hour work day to the end Customer to bring up the J2EE-Oracle based product in record time. An extensive process workflow was defined for shared working between the onsite and offshore teams.

An online communication and tracking system was used for work assignment, tracking and information sharing.
