- Weekly team meetings attended by Client Project Manager and the C3IT Project team facilitates discussions on project status, technical challenges, design approaches and issue resolution.
- A web based project management tool is available 24*7 to Clients for viewing project status, reporting issues/defects and tracking.
- Project Progress Management
- Project progress is managed both by the C3IT management as well as the Client
- Web based project management tool available 24*7 is used for managing the Project.
- C3IT Project Manager posts daily and weekly status updates on the portal.
- Detailed project plan and resource allocation is posted on the portal along with the current status of each task.
- All issues, requests for feedback are also posted.
- Clients post defects, assign priorities and view status of the same.
- Progress of each task is transparent to both the Client as well as C3IT management.
