The success of any project is dependent on Client and C3IT defining, acknowledging, and working to resolve risks that are inherent in projects of this type.
Client has responsibility in defining, approving or rejecting project component functionality, scope and deliverables.
Both teams need to work as a unit to identify and evaluate risks, thus, defines any impact to the schedule or budget.

Securing your Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
C3IT is sensitive to the IPR of the Client and importance of protecting the same to safeguard the business interests of the Client.
As a standard practice, C3IT ensures the following process for this purpose:
- Contractually C3IT assigns all IPR and Copyrights to the Client through the Service Agreement.
- Each member of the development team signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before being assigned the project tasks.
- All information provided by the Client is secured in Visual Source Safe on a centralized server. The Client and project related information access rights are restricted only to the development team.
- All desktop machines in the company used for development work are without any external media (Floppy Drive, CD Drive, ZIP Drive etc), so no developer can copy and carry information outside the company.
- No Client testimonials or project references are provided without prior consent of the Client.
