InstaFiler – XBRL Reporting Tool

Overview

InstaFiler is a user-friendly web-based XBRL Reporting portal designed for Corporate Users, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries & Cost Accountants as well as Outsourcing Accounting/ Tagging service providers.

InstaFiler is available as a service over the internet and is compatible with most major browsers. It can also be made available for an on premise installation on request.

The portal already boasts of a large Customer base across the country and a number of them have already successfully filed the XBRL Instance Document to the ROC after validation & prescrutiny through MCA validator.

InstaFiler Flexi-Pricing models are available on Pay-per-Use basis:

• Three flexible models on offer for annual subscription (valid till March 31, 2012) -
  • INR 1,500/- per company per Instance Document for one year + Service Tax
  • INR 5,000/- upfront payment for 3 companies for one year + INR 1,000/- per additional company + Service Tax
  • INR 9,500/- for Unlimited Companies for one year + Service Tax
