Anil has experience of over 30 years in the IT industry in development, consulting and management. He has earlier served as the Vice President of Kanbay (Cap Gemini), a Chicago based LLC having its offices across the world and the offshore development center in Pune, India. Anil has extensive experience in technology management consulting with a focus on analyzing corporate strategies and activities, providing strategic direction and identifying business and technology solutions.

He has global consulting experience and has a strong track record of providing high level consultancy to major global companies, specializing in key areas of Telecom, Insurance & Financial services, Technology and Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution. He has successfully managed projects across multiple platforms from Mainframe, midrange and client/server architectures to e-commerce and m-commerce. He has also specialized in legacy evaluation and reengineering skills. His Client experience includes Fortune 500, middle market and Internet start-up firms.

Before joining the IT industry, Anil served for 22 years in the Indian Army, Corps of Signals. He handled several Telecommunication and IT assignments while in service.

Sarika is an IT professional with an experience of over 18 years in development, consulting and management of IT systems. One of the founders of C3IT, Sarika brings to C3IT expertise in software engineering, in-depth Internet business knowledge and management skills. Sarika has earlier served with Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest exporter of IT services, and is experienced in all aspects of production, from high-level scoping and architecture to systems design, development, deployment and testing. She has wide project management experience and has managed single-site, multi-site projects maintaining 24*7 work schedules.

Sarika is a System Specialist in Relational Database Management, having worked with Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server with GUIs like Powerbuilder, Developer 2000, VB.net and Visual Basic. She has expertise in product design, distributed and client-server techniques. Sarika stays on the edge of technology evolution, constantly reviewing new components, tools and emerging technologies to use them as the foundation for IT projects.

Vikas is an executive with general management, sales, marketing and business development expertise in startup and Fortune 500 firms. He has earlier served as the Business Manager of Sales at various Multinational Corporations based out of India.

During the course of his long and illustrious career of 18 years, he has focused on F-500 accounts as well as SMB marketplace, using both Direct and Indirect Channels. He travels extensively in Europe and Asia Pacific regions opening and building these regions for new business ventures for C3IT.

Vikas is also directly responsible for the financial services arm of C3IT for offering back office services in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing etc.

Vikas is a Green Belt in Six Sigma techniques for quality management.

Volker is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in international industry and trade. He worked for German industrial giant Kloeckner in the industrial contracting business (today RWE and MAN Group respectively) and as Senior Consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Since 1992 Volker U. Friedrich is involved in business in Asia and has been instrumental in influencing the Asia strategy for some of the reputed business conglomerates in Europe. He is a well sought after personality for his expert views on investment challenges in the emerging markets of Asia which frequently appear both in print and electronic media.

Volker is the founder Director of C3IT Software Solutions GmbH and responsible for strategic initiatives of the company in Germany and other European countries. He is located in Berlin, Germany and also operates from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for part of the year.

Herbert´s credibility as business leader, management consultant and sales trainer sources on his 20+ years experience in the information and telecommunications industry. He has headed domestic (Germany, Singapore) and international (Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia) sales and marketing organizations for market leaders like Nixdorf, Sony, DeTeWe, Deutsche Telekom, Dialog Software Asia, Orga Sagem etc.

Herbert is the founder of C3IT Software Solutions GmbH and leads all sales & marketing initiatives of the company in Germany and other European countries. He is located in Berlin, Germany.

Herbert Haberl is also one of the founders and principal of You and Friends Ltd., a Berlin based corporation offering expertise and corporate services in business management and smart sales.

Madhusudan has an experience of 20+ years in the IT industry in development, consulting and management. He is currently serving as Vice President at C3IT Software Solutions. His experience includes Project management, functional consulting, strategizing business processes, analysis and design, implementation and post implementation support. He has an outstanding technical background focusing on application solutions across various technologies such as Internet, client/server, mainframe, open systems. He has extensive industry experience spanning financial services, automobile, e-governance, manufacturing and retail verticals.

He has been managing large to medium size projects for leading firms in U.S.A., U.K. and India. Has earlier worked with Kanbay Software, Hexaware Technologies, American Express etc. as Project and Account Manager. Madhusudan is well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management Standards (PMI), managing multi-Location, multi-Technology teams. He successfully executed Development, Maintenance, Implementation and post Implementation support engagements. Well versed with ISO 9000 quality processes and SEI-CMM Level 5 processes in executing IT projects.

Experience includes Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, Project Management, Functional Consulting and Strategizing Business Processes Experience relevant to mainframes.
